Donkey Chastises the animators for getting his renders of his mane wrong-The Commercial that solidified DREAMWORKS' and HEWLETT PACKARD's partnership during the production of SHREK 2

In the midst of the controversy regarding DREAMWORKS using different rigs for the SHREK characters as well as putting the characters through the MOONRAY RENDERER,

And people RAGING at DREAMWORKS for firmly sticking with the newer rigs,

There are people DEMANDING that DREAMWORKS go back to the older rigs that have not been used since SHREK FOREVER AFTER.......

Like that's ever gonna happen because AUTODESK MAYA has evolved TENFOLD since 2009-2010 and I suspect that the older rigs aren't compatible......

Well they might but it would be a nightmare for the DREAMWORKS artists to redo the old MEL and PYTHON codes to make the rigs work properly with the newer versions of MAYA.....

And good thing I didn't mention all this SOFTWARE INCOMPATIBILTY business on FACEBOOK because then people are gonna misconstrue my words and start hash tagging posts like:

#DREAMWORKS, PLEASE DOWNGRADE BACK TO HP & AMD OPTERON

Something like that.

Speaking about HP and AMD OPTERON,

I discovered another commercial...... sort of...

This dates all the way back to around 2003 or 2004....

From the good old days when DREAMWORKS had good working relations with HEWLETT PACKARD before the switch to LENOVO in the early 2020s......

But even before the switch to LENOVO, DREAMWORKS still preferred AMD as their choice of WORKSTATION GRADE CPUS, and back in the 2000s when GEORGE W. BUSH was president, AMD's OPTERON CPUs were the hot stuff.

Nowadays, when it comes to anything MOVIE RELATED, we all use AMD THREADRIPPERS.
