If you're asking,
The Car is not anthropomorphized.
There is a head stuck in there....
But the scowl on the face of the head actually does Remind me of IAN MAXTONE GRAHAM, the very tall man from THE SIMPSONS when he got laughed at be NELSON MUNTZ.
