Maverick Quickie-Warner Bros. Rejects Paramount Acquisition offer

It's been spread around the internet but.....

WARNER BROS. has rejected Paramount's first offer for acquisition.

I mean, this is a similar tactic that ZASLAV used when he rejected initial offers from others to sell COYOTE VS. ACME before he sold it to KETCHUP ENTERTAINMENT....

But at least our fears of the RABBIT HOLE merging with SKYDANCE are laid to rest.....

For now.

I heard that David Ellison is relentless on his quest to acquire WB and will do anything to prevent NETFLIX on offering a better deal than what he has.

I'll get back into this topic when I get more info on the acquisition rumors but that will be for a future blogpost rather than an update of this one.
