Tableclothes Anyone? + The better show of One Saturday Morning

Found this on Facebook back in March.

I have a hunch Doug, Patti, Skeeter, and Porkchop are either running away from SpongeBob or

 Darth Maul since this table cloth is from 1999.

But don't show this photo to the Nickelodeon fans as even after 20 years since the acquisition, they're still sore over this version but in my opinion, we're actually still sore over Billy West's Salary Dispute.

But that's what happens when Viacom let their 1993 contract with 20th Century FOX expire in 1995 and then sell their kid off to the MOUSE HOUSE, only to have him trounced in the ratings by both Dexter's Lab and Hey Arnold in 1996.

And later, the Mouse House released several Cartoons that also trounced DOUG. One of them was a Bespectacled Red Headed Girl, while the other were about 6 kids who love the great outdoors much to their school faculty's chagrin.

Those Cartoons I'm talking about are PEPPER-ANN & RECESS.

But if I was a 90s kid in 1999, I probably would have preferred RECESS over whatever the balls was on DISNEY'S ONE SATURDAY MORNING,

that is until PHINEAS & FERB premiered in 2005,

and probably until GRAVITY FALLS premiered in 2012. 

On a side note, I saw a Facebook post where someone said PEPPER ANN was superior to Disney's Doug but in my experience, RECESS is the superior late 90s Disney Cartoon.

Probably because just like with Teen Titans, I did watch RECESS on television....

"We're the superior late 90s Disney Tv Cartoon because we get to pick fights with Arnold Shortman and the Ed's of Peach Creek."

Though unlike with Teen Titans which at the time was still fresh in 2004, RECESS was being rerun nonstop due to it's everlasting popularity.
