Never thought I'd see the day that the USA's most famous CARTOON RODENT would finally be entering the PUBLIC DOMAIN as of January 1 2024.
But he has so we can say for ourselves that the man himself is rolling in his cloud right now.

But that doesn't mean that the mouse himself is completely in the Public Domain.
It's only his oldest Cartoons that have entered.
The character, up to this point, is still under copyright and will forever be.

Pretty surreal to see a Disney character enter the PUBLIC DOMAIN but Mickey surprisingly is the second as the first was Winnie-the-Pooh back in 2022.
Man, I should have opened the blog long ago but I wasn't active in 2022 due to finishing my college studies so.... have at it PAST ME.
